Born in 2009, it has established itself quickly as a young and dynamic company, open to the continuous improvement of its product.
The company is oriented to new technologies, in line with energy savings and respect for the environment: its first goal is therefore to offer products and services of excellence.
With REF MILANO (founded three years later), RefSystems has strengthened the quality of its services and territorial coverage, excelling in the development of refrigeration systems and establishing itself in the main national supermarket chains.
The Company strength is formed by our staff: highly qualified technicians with decades of experience in the field, ready to work with the Customer in the best way.

Mission
The missions on which we base our work are:
- Realization of advanced plants, simplifying their maintenance.
- Specialization in transcritical CO2 systems with heat and air conditioning recovery.
Furthermore, the technical maintenance, with higher performance thanks to the experience gained in a "new work organization", allows us to offer our Customers an efficient, timely and cutting-edge service, ensuring the compliance of result and quality.
Operation
The headquarter is located in Grugliasco (Turin) where you can find the administrative office, the technical office for the design and organization of the construction sites and the control center for the technical assistance with dedicated teams.
We operate in the North and Center of Italy, collaborating with the main supermarket chains in these area.
Certification
Throught the certification body BUREAU VERITAS, RefSystems has obtained lots of certification, in order to meet the quality requirements according to UNI 9001: 2008.
Moreover the Company has the certification PED 97/23/CE, the brazing certification and is authorized for the use of florurant gas , since the employees have the Italian license for refrigeration.
The will of the Company to reach high quality standards, has been translated in the use of safety and workers health management systems, getting the OHSAS 18001 certification.
